Nicholas V. McClure is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Radiology 24/7. Mr. McClure possesses a substantial health care management and general business background. He began his health care career with National Medical Enterprises, Inc. (NME), the predecessor of Tenet Healthcare Corporation, and worked more than a decade for NME managing hospitals at the senior level. Following his tenure with NME/Tenet, and during the past 20 years, Mr. McClure has divided his attention between health care and entrepreneurial activities. He currently is a director on the Board of Directors of UCLA - Orthopedic Hospital and a director on the Board of Directors of the Community Health Coalition, Inc., a small policy analysis and health care advocacy organization. His general entrepreneurial activities focused on acquisition and divesture of real and intangible real estate assets as well as middle market businesses, and creation and management of small private equity funds. Mr. McClure holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, at Los Angeles, a master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Health Services Administration from the University of Southern California, and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard University.

Prior to joining Radiology 24/7, Mr. Larsen was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Professional Radiology Solutions (PRS). At PRS he created the teleradiology services division and grew the business to include medical facilities across the United States. Before joining PRS, Mr. Larsen was Director of Operations for FranklinCovey's Global Services division and he led in the development of FranklinCovey's Aligning Goals for Results workshop. Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Mr. Larsen was Chairman and President of Software Studios, Inc., where he led the company in the development and implementation of technology solutions. Mr. Larsen holds a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University in International Finance and a Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.

Having worked in healthcare throughout his career, Mr. Frenz has an abundance of experience in the implementation and administration of professional services for healthcare facilities. He has secured over 60 million dollars in annual sales the last 4 years. Prior to his work in the professional services sector, Mr. Frenz was the senior executive at Western Physicians Data Service where he oversaw radiology practice management, radiology sales, radiology billing, and creating teleradiology networks. Mr. Frenz has been a keynote presenter at the Washington G-2 Reports symposium relating to Imaging Centers and Revenue Enhancement and has been quoted in Radiology Today magazine regarding coding and billing. A former coach of local baseball teams Mr. Frenz has made two trips to Japan to coach baseball with the local Team USA friendship team.
